Useful for Southern Districts

It provides connectivity to important destinations including Tirupathi, Palani and Madurai, as well as major cities such as Coimbatore, Salem, Erode and Tiruppur.

Passengers have welcomed the service, particularly because direct rail connectivity to several of these destinations has been limited. There is also hope among passengers that the special service could continue as a regular weekly train after its initial operating period
